Learn new or temporary procedures quickly?

At a time when everything needs to be faster and at the same time better, GPAL is introducing Pop-up Learning. Just like pop-up stores, with GPAL Pop-up Learning you can make learning pop up everywhere. Just where your employees are at that moment or where they need the knowledge.

Ideal for:

  • quickly training new employees or temporary workers;
  • the explanation of safety instructions;
  • new procedures;
  • changes;
  • product introductions;
  • new policy and many other things.

The core of Pop-up Learning:

  • let employees learn independently wherever you want;
  • easy and fast to create;
  • share quickly with employees;
  • independent learning does not require supervision;
  • statistics available on videos viewed yes/no;
  • replaces expensive workshops or guidance.

Create your own Pop-up Learning in 4 steps

Within half a day you can digitize the most important information by making a series of short instructional videos about, for example, new tasks or changed processes. You upload the videos in the GPAL app, after which a QR code is automatically generated for each video.
GPAL offers templates to easily create your own promotional material. You can share the QR codes or links, make them into stickers, or place them on a banner, poster or flyer. This way you create your own Pop-up Learning in no time.
When you have distributed the promotional material, it is easy to invite the employees to GPAL. They download the app and can immediately scan the QR codes and watch the videos. Of course it only works for employees you have invited.

You can precisely monitor which employees have or have not watched the videos and thus know exactly whether everyone has acquired the same basic knowledge or whether everyone is already aware of the temporary changes in a process.

Do you want to try for free?

Would you like to try it for yourself by making a series of up to 8 videos and sharing it with your employees via the GPAL app?
