Introduction Jan Willem
Meet our newest colleague, Jan Willem.
GPAL & LEAN
LEAN is essential in any organization and ensures that your business operates more efficiently, faster, and better. Jan Willem explains how GPAL can help to eliminate 3 wastages of Lean.
GPAL & autonomous teams
Everyone wants autonomous teams on the work floor. In this video, Jan Willem explains how employees can work more independently, with GPAL as a supporting tool.
GPAL: The replacement of the written SOP (standard operating procedure)
The SOP, or standard operating procedure, is used in every industrial company. However, standard operating procedures are also used in other sectors. In this video, Jan Willem explains how GPAL can innovate the SOP and make it more efficient.
CASE: Essity
“It can take a few hours to put a good SOP together. For example, try explaining in a written SOP whether a light blinks quickly or slowly. With a short and clear video instruction, made by your own expert, this is much easier and you can save a lot of time.”

Efficient Onboarding with digitized SOPs
With factories worldwide, Essity Operations is a major supplier of hygienic products such as Tena, Libresse, Libero and many more. Due to the arrival of a new LEAP machine in the factory in Heijen, many employees in the factory had to be Onboarded for that machine.
Essity Operations Gennep BV will use GPAL to accelerate Onboarding for operators. Via instructional videos operators can get to know the machine and familiarise themselves more quickly with the new processes.
