AI features available within GPAL

GPAL continues to evolve rapidly. An important promise to users is that GPAL accelerates the training, onboarding, and development of employees. This can be done in many ways, and AI is certainly one of them. The use of AI simplifies certain tasks, which leads to a significant acceleration. The features below are just the first options available, yet the next functionalities are already in progress.

Upload videos with AI

In the Management Console, it is now possible to have AI perform certain actions when uploading a new instructional video.

AI can generate a title suggestion based on the content of the uploaded video. AI can also suggest an appropriate description. A task that many administrators (admins) often dismiss with just a few words.

An added benefit is that the search function within GPAL has much more context to find relevant videos, thanks to these AI-generated components. This ensures that finding the right knowledge is now even faster and more accessible.

Creating Checker questions with AI

With the Checker feature, it is already possible to conclude a Todo with a set of multiple-choice questions. This is very helpful for gaining insight into how well the knowledge is retained by the end user.

Creating these questions (and answers) is time-consuming, especially when you are adding large amounts of new videos to your account! That’s why it is now possible to have these questions (and answers) generated by AI based on the videos. With just one click, you can have three potential questions for your new Checker.

AI features are only available after providing an opt-in

While AI offers fantastic possibilities, it is also an exciting development. Many companies, therefore, struggle with allowing the use of AI within their organization.

GPAL strives to be as transparent as possible. We have set up a dedicated page on our website explaining which AI tools are being used  

AI features are turned off by default for our customers. However, if you want to use them, the Client admin (the highest admin within an organization) must give permission to enable AI.
